BRP recently announced updates to the Can-Am Off-Road vehicle lineup for 2022, including changes to the designed to enhance driver and passenger comfort, as well as overall utility. The new Defender 6x6 Limited and the Defender MAX Lone Star CAB now have seats with additional lateral support and an adjustable driver’s seat. The Defender lineup also boasts integrated pass-through storage with full-width under-bed compartments for cargo, gear, or tools.

About The Defender 6x6 Limited

First introduced in 2020, the Can-Am Defender 6x6 has become a popular vehicle for hunters, ranchers, and landowners for its reliability and versatility. For the 2022 model year, the Can-Am Defender 6x6 Limited gets upgraded comfort with a fully enclosed cab and auto climate control with air conditioning and heat to you comfortable in any weather. The r 6x6 Limited is powered by an 82-horsepower (61-kilowatt), Rotax 976-cc, V-twin, liquid-cooled HD10 engine and has a selectable 4WD or 6WD drivetrain with auto-locking front differential. This multitasker has an industry-leading towing capacity of 3,000 pounds (1,360 kilograms) and a 72- by 54.5- by 10-inch (1,829- by 1,384- by 254-millimeter) cargo box with hydraulic power tilt and a capacity of 1,000 lbs (453.5 kg). It has full doors with paint that matches the hood’s and power windows, and inside you’ll find a panoramic mirror and 7.6-inch digital display.

About The Defender MAX Lone Star CAB

The Defender Lone Star Edition was launched in 2018 as a utility-recreational vehicle with an array of premium features. The 2022 Defender MAX Lone Star CAB has a full enclosure with premium full doors that have front electric and rear full-roll-down windows. It features climate control with air conditioning and heat to keep its occupants comfortable year-round and comes with a factory-installed JL Audio roof with six Bluetooth-compatible speakers, multi-colored LEDs, an RMC amp, and a JL audio receiver. The vehicle has a towing capacity of 2,500 lbs (1,134 kg), a 38 by 54.5 by 12-in. (965- by 1,384- by 305-mm) cargo box with a capacity of 1,000 lbs, and can carry up to six people. It comes in black with fully painted doors.
