Indian Motorcycle Announces Limited-Edition Pursuit Elite & Chieftain Elite V-Twins
Indian Motorcycle regularly produces limited-edition Elite variants of its most popular models equipped with high-end styling and premium amenities fitted at the factory. For 2023, Indian introduced a Pursuit Elite model alongside the Chieftain Elite, both V-twins producing top-end performance in their respective classes. Just 150 Pursuit Elite motorcycles will be produced worldwide, and the 2023 Chieftain Elite will be limited to just 175 units.
“When we first introduced the 2018 Chieftain Elite, we wanted to create an offering that was not just limited in quantity, but exclusive in nature with custom details straight from the factory,” says Indian Motorcycle Vice President Aaron Jax. “Today, with jewel-like finishes, our Elite line of baggers and touring models truly represent the best-of-the-best and deliver a statement like nothing else on the road.”
2023 Pursuit Elite
Indian Motorcycle gave the Pursuit Elite a sophisticated appearance by blending its premium Super Metallic and Black Metallic colors with Shadow Bronze Chrome accents and Elite badging. Styling is further enhanced with five-spoke, precision-machined wheels. Other premium componentry includes adaptive LED headlights, Pathfinder S LED driving lights in the lower fairings, and an electronically adjustable rear suspension preload. Indian also adds its Smart Lean Technology to help the bike intelligently tune ABS, traction control, and torque.
2023 Chieftain Elite
The Chieftain Elite delivers a performance upgrade over the 2023 Chieftain, moving from the Chieftain’s Thunderstroke 108 (1,811-cc) engine to the Thunderstroke 116 (1,890-cc) engine with 126 pounds-foot of torque. The bike’s styling is highlighted by Super Graphite Smoke paint and Shadow Bronze chrome finishes. Indian also equips the Chieftain Elite with an open fender to better display the 10-spoke machined front wheel. Riders can adjust the height of the Chieftain Elite’s tinted flare windshield using a handlebar-mounted button.
