Description
For sale: a 2023 Honda TRX420FA2 FourTrax Rancher 4x4 ATV with approximately 1,250 hours. It’s in good working order, and the price reflects that it needs new front tyres and a service. That makes it a good-value way into one of the most trusted farm quads on the market.
A proven workhorse for the farm
The Rancher has a long-standing reputation for reliability on farms across the UK. Farmers rely on it every day for checking stock, moving feed, fencing and getting across wet ground. Honda builds these machines to keep going, and a well-used Rancher still has plenty of working life left in it.
Automatic DCT and power steering
The FA2 is the Rancher 4x4 with the automatic dual-clutch transmission and electric power steering. The automatic gearbox lets you concentrate on the ground ahead, which helps when you’re towing or working slowly around livestock. Power steering takes the effort out of a long day, especially on rough ground or when you’ve loaded up the front racks.
Honda’s 420cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected single-cylinder four-stroke engine powers the Rancher. Drive goes to front and rear driveshafts with TraxLok and a torque-sensing front differential, so you can switch between 2WD and 4WD as conditions change.
Why buy used?
A 2023 Rancher gives you a late model with modern features at a much lower price than new. Once it has new front tyres and a service, it’s ready for many more seasons of work.
