Comfort & Convenience PASSENGER READY: A separate passenger seat, integrated grab rail, and passenger footpegs allow you to take a friend along for the ride—another example of the bike's versatility. COMFORTABLE RIDING POSITION: The seat height and position give the lightweight streetfighter an engaged, athletic riding position. This upright view lets you easily see what's happening around you, making it easy to instantly respond to the road. Engineering TAPERED RUBBER-MOUNTED ALUMINUM HANDLEBAR: A premium tapered handlebar with a larger diameter clamped area delivers a direct connection to the bike and excellent steering feedback. COUNTERBALANCE SHAFT: Because of the inclusion of a counterbalancer, the engine operates smoothly. This provides the advantages of a single cylinder, such as narrow overall width and power, while delivering exceptional smoothness. EFFICIENT ENGINE DESIGN: Designed with a minimum number of moving parts, the engine features low-friction piston rings and is cooled by a high-density core radiator. The iridium spark plug increases fuel efficiency, and an optimized intake layout helps improve initial acceleration. Handling LIGHT, STRONG CHASSIS: Great handling starts with a superior chassis, so we use a special light and strong frame construction. This gives the lightweight naked bike the perfect combination of nimble handling and athletic comfort. INVERTED FRONT FORK: The inverted fork provides a smooth ride with compliant damping, featuring a supple spring rate just right for a bike of this size. STANDARD ABS: Standard ABS helps you make controlled stops in less-than-ideal conditions, such as wet pavement, providing added confidence whether riding for fun or commuting. LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION: At over 30 pounds lighter than our previous CB300F generation, the 2025 CB300R's user-friendly curb weight means this bike handles well and is easier to balance at stoplights or parking lots. LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM WHEELS: Unsprung weight—tires, wheels, and brakes—is critical to a bike's responsive handling. That's why we gave it lightweight aluminum wheels. Plus, they just plain look cool, too. PERFECT BALANCE: A perfect 50/50 weight balance front-to-rear provides unmatched sport riding, combining rear-wheel traction, front-end grip, and equally balanced braking forces. Performance COMPACT ENGINE: The compact single-cylinder engine is a jewel with a free-revving, responsive nature. It works extraordinarily well in real-world road-riding conditions, providing plenty of power around town and on the highway. UNDERSLUNG EXHAUST: An underslung exhaust features a dual-chamber design with a right-side exit. The high-flow system contributes to the bike's ultra-linear throttle response. FINE-TUNED INTAKE AND EXHAUST: The engine's intake and exhaust are designed to reduce air resistance, contributing to more linear power delivery and increased throttle response. Style CAFÉ STYLE: Taking its styling cues from our CB1000R, the CB300R offers a fresh, contemporary take on the modern streetbike with its angular lines and minimalist design. BLACKED-OUT HARDWARE: Blacked-out hardware provides subtle touches that perfectly complement the angular and modern minimalist styling. Technology ALL-LED LIGHTING: An all-LED lighting package is another example of the bike's modern approach. The round headlight with LED blubs nods to classic naked bikes with today's tech, while the super-thin LED taillight provides a clean, low-profile look. LCD INSTRUMENTS: A lightweight, full-function LCD display adds a premium feel. It's 60 percent thinner than previous generations and provides easy-to-read displays for engine rpm, speed, gear position, and more.
