ROAD AND TRAIL: The KLX®230 S motorcycle's frame, seat, fuel tank, and gas cap were designed to give you better grip, offering superior chassis control. Seams between the shrouds, side panels, and seat are flush, which facilitates freedom of movement.
RIDE WITH COMFORT: The KLX®230 S motorcycle delivers all-day comfort with a low-profile seat that has a flat silhouette so you can adjust to your ideal riding position. Supportive seat foam helps absorb bumps from rugged trails and uneven roads for improved comfort.

CONFIDENCE INSPIRING: The KLX®230 S features two-stage front suspension with 7.8 in of travel. The front forks work with dual-stage springs with a firm spring rate. Combined with reduced rear suspension travel (8.7 in), this helps lower the seat height by 1.6 in.

BUILT TOUGH: Versatility is the name of the game as the KLX®230 lineup is loaded with dual-sport tuned features. The engine and chassis were designed together to make KLX230 models as agile and lightweight as possible, while the frame, suspension, swingarm, brakes, and wheels are fine-tuned for thrilling on- and off-road performance.
PLATFORM WITH PURPOSE: The high-tensile steel perimeter frame, short wheelbase, and low seat height offer the handling needed for confident trail riding for a wide range of riders and environments.
CONFIDENT ON- AND OFF-ROAD: The KLX®230 S has long-travel suspension with optimized settings that help power through rugged terrain with comfort and control. Plus, a lightweight aluminum swingarm helps keep the bike light for improved on- or off-road maneuverability.
STRONG BRAKING POWER: Petal disc brakes add excellent stopping power, with a twin-piston caliper gripping a 240mm disc in the front and a 220mm disc in the rear.
BIG-TIME FUN: The KLX®230 features full-size aluminum wheels (21-in front and 18-in rear), allowing for confident riding and handling over varied terrain.
