Polaris recently announced its snowmobile lineup for 2022. Among the 22 new models built on the Matryx platform are the PRO RMK Matryx and the PRO RMK Matryx Slash. The RMK line has been the go-to for deep snow for more than 25 years. The new RMK Matryx and RMK Matryx Slash feature a narrow, sculpted seat and tank and a raised, lightweight platform with a short, tapered tunnel for improve lift and control.

More Power For High-Altitude Rides

The snocross-inspired PRO RMK Matryx and Matryx Slash lineup has six models with new features designed to provide even better control for rides in deep snow. The new Patriot Boost engine, available on select models, has an exclusive turbocharger system that delivers 10% more power at sea level and 50% more at 10,000 feet. Riders can plan journeys and view their ride group with the 7S Display with Ride Command Technology.

Lighter & Faster By Design

The 7-inch glove-touch displays provides diagnostics information, trail maps, points of interest, a ride group view, and more and can be used with or without cell coverage. The snowmobiles have a lightweight cooling system to reduce ice and snow buildup that, when combined with the bonded carbon fiber and aluminum-forged components, provides a significant reduction in real-world sled weight. The slashed and tapered tunnel of the RMK Matryx and RMK Matryx Slash improves snow clearance by minimizing drag.
