2021 Honda ADV150 Is A Scooter Crossover With Adventure Bike Style

As a blend of Honda’s Africa Twin long-distance adventure bike and PCX150 scooter, the 2021 Honda ADV150 provides riders with a lightweight, compact scooter that offers rugged features. The robust Showa suspension, for example, features Showa telescopic front suspension with 5.1 inches of travel, and in the rear, Honda equips a pair of premium Showa shocks featuring remote piggyback reservoirs and triple-rate springs that control 4.7 inches of travel.

Commuter Features

Honda designed the ADV150 around a proven liquid-cooled 149cc four-stroke OHC engine and a steel frame. Honda’s automatic V-Matic belt-drive transmission allows for shifting like an automatic car for easy operation. For storage, the ADV150 features a weather-resistant 27-liter main compartment (big enough for a full-face helmet) under the seat that locks. There’s also a convenient 2-liter compartment up front with a 12-volt charging port—perfect for your phone or other quick access needs.

Adjust To The Conditions

The ADV150 features a two-position windscreen that allows more breeze when lowered and more wind and weather protection when raised. ABS brakes help riders to come to a stop in less-than-ideal conditions. When riding on rough pavement or adventuring on back road, the ADV150’s advanced suspension opens up new scooter experiences. “Honda has a record of success with fun, unique scooters and small motorcycles, and the ADV150 promises to carry on that tradition,” says Chris Cox, American Honda’s manager of experiential marketing/public relations.
